1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

wam88 reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. All changes take effect upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Where a modification materially affects your rights, wam88 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered email address or an in-platform notification.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on wam88, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. This requirement is absolute and no exceptions are made.
• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf and in your own name. Registering an account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to use your account, is prohibited.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion register maintained by wam88 or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of a wam88 employee where such relationship would create a conflict of interest.

wam88 relies on the information provided by players during registration. Providing false information regarding your age, identity, or place of residence is a serious breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3 Account Registration & Management

Each eligible individual may register precisely one (1) account on wam88. The existence of multiple accounts registered to the same individual — including accounts registered using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, phone number, and preferred payment method. wam88 may require additional identity documentation at any stage, including at account opening, during the first withdrawal, or at any point wam88 deems appropriate for compliance or fraud prevention purposes.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password.
• You must notify wam88 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• wam88 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where those losses resulted from your failure to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
• Account sharing — allowing any other person to access or operate your wam88 account — is strictly prohibited.
• wam88 may verify your identity at any time using KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures. Withdrawals above certain thresholds require completed identity verification before processing.

wam88 accounts are personal and non-transferable. No account may be sold, assigned, gifted, or otherwise transferred to any third party under any circumstances.

4 Deposits & Payment Processing

wam88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods for players in Pakistan: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, SadaPay, HBL bank transfer, and USDT TRC20. All PKR deposits are credited to your wam88 account balance in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with no wam88-applied conversion fee.

• All funds deposited into a wam88 account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed in the wam88 Cashier at the time of deposit.
• wam88 does not accept deposits made with funds derived from unlawful activity. Deposits suspected of being proceeds of crime will be reported to relevant authorities and the associated account suspended.
• Deposits are generally processed and credited to your wam88 PKR balance within a few minutes for Easypaisa, JazzCash, and Raast. Processing times for bank transfers may vary depending on the originating bank.
• wam88 reserves the right to decline any deposit, request additional verification before accepting a deposit, or impose additional limits without prior notice where fraud prevention or responsible gaming considerations require it.

Deposited funds that have not been wagered are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn subject to standard withdrawal procedures and applicable identity verification requirements.

5 Withdrawals & Payout Policy

Players may request a withdrawal of available funds from their wam88 account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section and subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that are registered in the same name as the wam88 account holder. Third-party withdrawal destinations are not permitted.
• Before processing a withdrawal, wam88 may require completion of KYC verification, including provision of government-issued photo identification and proof of address.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Real-money deposits (non-bonus funds) that have not been subject to bonus play are withdrawable at any time subject to standard processing.

• wam88 aims to process approved withdrawals promptly. Raast and SadaPay withdrawals are generally processed fastest due to the real-time nature of these payment systems.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Free Spins

wam88 offers various bonuses, promotions, and incentive programmes to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to this general bonus policy as well as the specific terms and conditions published for each individual promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except where specific promotion terms explicitly provide otherwise.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough" requirements). The applicable multiplier, eligible games, minimum bet size, and time limits are published for each promotion.
• wam88 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed by a player. Once claimed, the specific terms of that promotion remain applicable.
• Only one welcome bonus or new player promotion may be claimed per eligible player. Attempting to claim new player offers multiple times using multiple accounts is a form of bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• wam88 may void bonus winnings and/or confiscate bonus balances where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play intent, exploitation of game loopholes, or placing opposing bets on the same outcome across multiple accounts.
• Free spins issued as part of a promotion are valid only for the designated game title(s) and during the validity period stated in the promotion terms.

7 Games, Betting Rules & Technical Malfunctions

Each game type offered on the wam88 platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. This section sets out general principles applicable to all game categories on wam88.

• All RNG (Random Number Generator) game outcomes are generated by certified, independently audited random number generation systems. Game outcomes are not influenced by prior results and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wam88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, potential forfeiture of associated balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether using the same or different identifying information.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point during the account lifecycle, including providing incorrect age information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for natural human play.

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Players who discover a bug or error are required to report it to wam88 support immediately rather than exploiting it.
• Using the wam88 platform to launder money or to process funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Attempting to defraud wam88, its payment providers, or other players by any means, including through false dispute claims or chargebacks initiated without legitimate grounds.
• Engaging in match-fixing or any manipulation of sporting or gaming outcomes for wagering advantage, whether on wam88 or any other platform.

9 Responsible Gaming

wam88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a range of tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity and maintain healthy habits. These tools are available to all registered players through the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limits take effect immediately when set. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming effective.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum net loss thresholds over a defined period. Once a loss limit is reached, the player will not be permitted to place further bets until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum continuous session duration after which the system will log them out automatically.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may take a temporary break from the platform for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, login is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break may request self-exclusion for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. Requests for removal from self-exclusion before the exclusion period expires are subject to a minimum 7-day review period.

wam88 will not knowingly allow a self-excluded player to open a new account or access an excluded account during the exclusion period. Players who circumvent self-exclusion by registering under different details are in breach of this Agreement.

10 Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, game designs, graphics, text, sound effects, music, and other materials available on the wam88 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of wam88 or its licensed third-party suppliers and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wam88 platform for your personal entertainment purposes only, subject to compliance with this Agreement. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any wam88 content without prior written permission.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any wam88 platform component.
• Use any wam88 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the wam88 platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wam88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the wam88 platform, regardless of the theory of liability.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking infrastructure, or regulatory requirements outside of wam88's control.
• Any content or conduct of third parties, including third-party game providers whose products are accessible through the wam88 platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, wam88's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your wam88 account in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

wam88 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with the wam88 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and should be read alongside these Terms & Conditions. The Privacy Policy explains what data wam88 collects, why it is collected, how it is used, and what rights you have regarding your personal data.

By registering a wam88 account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, customer support, and promotional communications (where you have opted in to receive such communications).

13 Amendments to These Terms

wam88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time and without prior notice, except where a material change to player rights requires advance notification. All amendments take effect upon publication of the revised Terms & Conditions on the wam88 platform.

wam88 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of material changes via their registered email address or through an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the wam88 platform after an amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept any amendment to this Agreement, you must cease using the platform and contact wam88 support to close your account.

14 Account Suspension & Termination

wam88 may suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The player has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• wam88 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, collusion, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity associated with the account.
• The player has failed to satisfy identity verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• wam88 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
• The player has abused wam88's bonus or promotional system.

Where an account is closed due to a proven breach of this Agreement, wam88 reserves the right to forfeit any balance associated with bonus funds, winnings derived from prohibited activity, or funds obtained through fraudulent means. Real-money deposits not subject to these concerns will be returned to the player via the original deposit method following completion of any applicable investigation.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting wam88 support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding bonus wagering requirements or pending withdrawal requests.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to wam88's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your place of residence.

In the event of a dispute regarding a specific transaction, game outcome, or account decision, players are encouraged to raise the matter first with wam88's customer support team, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. wam88 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly through direct communication.

If you are dissatisfied with wam88's response to your complaint, you may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution process described in the wam88 Complaints Policy, which is available on request from wam88 support. All formal disputes must be submitted in writing to wam88 within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute; claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all other provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of wam88 to enforce any provision of this Agreement at any time does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of wam88's right to enforce it in the future.
